Working Q&A
About Installation
Do you have any issues with product installation?
- Traditional PVC pipes can be used for drainage pipes. Can withstand 2-3 kilograms of water pressure.
- One major advantage of SFA's sewage lift pump is that it can use small diameter drainage pipes for sewage discharge (small lift pumps require drainage pipes with a diameter of 22 to 32mm, while large lift stations require drainage pipes with a diameter of 50mm if they are fully functional), thus eliminating the need for large-scale renovation projects. The recommended drainage pipe diameter may vary depending on the equipment. Please refer to the product page for details to find the most suitable drainage pipe diameter.
- Sanishower is often used to discharge wastewater from a shower room and sink. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, it is necessary to ensure that the axis of the shower room outlet is at least 13 centimeters vertically above the ground. If this height is not reached, there may be backflow in the shower pool. We also recommend installing a check valve on other bathroom equipment connected to the Sanishower. For more information, please download the device manual from the product page or call the national free service hotline at 4006-219-808.
- SFA macerator can be installed in the case of septic tank. The operating principle of the macerator is to cut, crush, and transport the sewage, without any chemical reaction occurring in the process. Therefore, it is fully compatible with septic tank.
- The flushing equipment usually starts 2-3 times, each time for 1-2 seconds.
- If your device has been running longer than before, it may be because the pressure control system inside the device needs to be cleaned and descaled. It is best for you to choose SFA special remover: unplug the equipment power and pour 2 liters of scale remover into the toilet. Allow the medication to exert its effectiveness for a few hours, then reconnect the power supply and initiate flushing.
- The operating noise of the SFA macerator is not as loud as the sound of flushing the toilet. The decibel level of equipment operating noise is influenced by the installation situation, especially the impact of its installation environment (whether the room is tiled, the size and shape of the room, etc.). Because of this, we cannot provide specific decibel values for the equipment. However, the new product reduces the volume by 10 decibels compared to the original product. In addition, special attention should be paid to complying with installation requirements to avoid the propagation of sound and vibration (such as: there should be no contact between the product and the wall, shockproof feet should be installed at the bottom of the toilet, fixed intervals for pipelines, etc.). You can also choose to lay a layer of soundproofing material between the product and the floor/wall to achieve better soundproofing effect.
- The service life of SFA macerator is mainly affected by the installation and use of the equipment. The normal service life of our equipment is usually 10 to 15 years, and its basic maintenance includes cleaning and descaling once a year, as well as replacing the pressure film based on local water quality.
- Please check that the power supply of the device is connected and functioning properly. If there are foreign objects obstructing the operation of the equipment You must disconnect the power plug and then intervene inside the device to remove any foreign objects that hinder the tool's rotation using a screwdriver; For all other situations, please contact our dealer or call our free service hotline at 4006-219-808 for assistance.
